Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive goals-based financial planning and wealth strategies, including client needs assessment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the firm’s planning tools, techniques, and strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with management, and inform them of circumstances requiring supervisory attention per compliance guidelines
- Source prospective clients and leverage referrals
- Provide customized solutions utilizing the full resources of Bank of America Merrill Lynch
- Understand all aspects of a successful practice and complete ongoing training and development
Required Skills :
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) registrations, with 5+ years’ experience
- Established, portable practice with a minimum of $1MM in production
- Experience managing client portfolios and driving growth
- Proven relationship-building and business development skills
Desired Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads and partner effectively
- Experience balancing investment management, sales, and new client development
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset
Shift : 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours Per Week :
Pay Range: $48,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Incentives may apply based on performance.
