At Mabrey Bank, you'll do more than process transactions - you'll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Private Bank Relationship Banker, you'll gain hands‑on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family‑owned bank that invests in your growth.
This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Hours vary depending on business needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions.
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
- Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous banking experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to learn banking systems and processes quickly.
