Multi-Unit Team Leader

• Lead three H&R Block tax offices and guide customer‑centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business.
• Serve as the front‑line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience and achieving office growth objectives for three tax offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
• Start with a flexible part‑time schedule in the fall; from January to April, transition to full‑time, including evenings and weekends as needed. This role is in‑person and not remote.
• Travel between offices as required.
• Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.

• People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates.
• Demonstrated aptitude for executing growth plans and leading toward a growth culture.
• Strong decision‑making and judgment skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset that seeks to understand and exceed client needs.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns).
• Multi‑unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry (preferred).
