Seasonal Tax – Financial Services Organization (FSO) – Wealth and Asset Management Partnership – Tax Governance and Review (Senior, Remote). You’ll join the team at a critical time, leveraging your expertise to help support our clients, receive hourly, overtime‑eligible pay, and a unique opportunity to enhance or refine your skills within our high‑performing tax teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize multiple complex projects strategically.
- Influence and question existing processes with confidence and curiosity.
- Review K‑1 extraction data, footnotes, and federal and state partnership tax returns.
- Understand taxable income allocations.
- Handle corporate tax extension requests.
- Produce technical writing and research in a tax context.
- Work comfortably in a remote, virtual team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience.
- Proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
- Knowledge of partnership tax technical and transactional skills.
- Proven record of excellence in public accounting at a top or mid‑tier firm.
- Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds.
Strong team players who support colleagues, manage workload, and excel in quality and tax innovation. Passion for tax, a desire to build relationships, and ambition to deliver above expectations.

- Salary range: $60/hr to $90/hr (geographically adjusted).
