Treasury Sales Manager

As our Treasury Sales Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to grow client deposits and treasury management services. This role oversees and supports Treasury Sales Officers, ensuring they have the guidance, tools, and partnership needed to build strong client relationships and achieve organizational goals.

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

• Undergraduate degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Ten-plus years of banking experience.
• Five-plus years of Treasury Services experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and tactical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Develop strategic plans for growth of new and existing client deposits.
• Collaborate in calling efforts with Commercial and Consumer Bankers and Branch Managers.
• Partner with Deposit Operations to determine new and innovative treasury management solutions in the market.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and adhere to our EXCEED Customer Service Standards.
