Position: VP of Treasury Management Operations

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience

• Supervise the Treasury Management team in client onboarding
• Conduct onboarding calls and maintain client meetings
• Collaborate across departments for optimized operations
• Ensure concise and effective communication with clients
• Manage and build out the team, hiring as needed
• Oversee ACH, wire transfers, and other financial operations
• Develop and implement treasury management strategies
• Enhance client satisfaction and service delivery

• Experience in banking and treasury management operations
• Strong knowledge of ACH, wires, and transfers
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

• Experience with FIS core system
• Sales experience or sales-oriented personality
• Background in treasury sales or support roles
• Experience in a similar financial institution
