Must-Have Qualifications
  • B.S. (or higher) in Engineering

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex EPC projects within the midstream oil and gas sector. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management—from proposal and negotiation through execution and closeout—ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong engineering professional with extensive gas plant experience who can effectively communicate with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive profitable project execution.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation to closeout
  • Serve as primary client interface and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute Project Execution Plans (PEP)
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost control, and overall technical performance
  • Direct and coordinate engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and field activities
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maximize profitability
  • Oversee equipment procurement and subcontract approvals
  • Monitor design reviews and quality control processes
  • Develop, submit, and manage change orders
  • Approve time charges, invoices, and budget variance reports
Project Phases Involvement
  • Assist in proposal development, estimating, and technical scoping
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and organize project teams
  • Oversee field activities, startup, checkout, and warranty support (as required)
  • Complete closeout documentation, lessons learned, and best practices reporting
Leadership & Team Development
  • Mentor, supervise, and evaluate project teams
  • Inspire collaboration, accountability, and high morale
  • Ensure professional standards in communication, deliverables, and technical quality
