- Strong experience designing concrete foundations and structural steel structures
- Industrial project experience (gas plants, refineries, heavy industrial facilities)
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro
We are seeking an experienced Civil Structural Engineer to lead design efforts, manage projects, and provide technical oversight for industrial structural projects. This role requires strong leadership, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on industrial experience, technical depth in structural systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage structural engineering projects and assigned tasks
- Perform detailed structural design and analysis for concrete and steel systems
- Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical documents prepared by team members
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure project alignment and execution
- Prepare and deliver engineering reports and technical documentation
- Make independent engineering decisions that significantly impact project outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Uphold engineering core values including integrity, teamwork, and quality
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proven leadership in managing project teams
- Ability to interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- High level of technical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
