- Master Degree in Electrical or Energy or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of the Italian Energy Market and of its main regulatory frameworks.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in the energy and utility sector, with direct involvement in operational processes.
- Experience with GSE incentive mechanisms such as TEE CAR, GRIN and FER. Familiarity with energy audits in the industrial sector is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify solutions.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
Permanent contract according to local labour law.
