Sr. Test Engineer

Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience

, you'll be at the forefront of designing and coding software tests for state-of-the-art circuit boards. This role is a fantastic opportunity to mentor junior engineers, lead complex projects, and contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defense solutions. • Manage all aspects of complex projects
• Conduct design reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Define design guidelines and test equipment
• Adhere to general requirements of team members
• Handle hazardous waste management
• Develop software tests for circuit boards
• Perform other assignments as required

• BSEE, BSEET, or MSEE
• 6+ years of experience
• Proficiency in ICT/Flying Probe/Boundary scan technologies
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Technical writing and documentation skills

• Experience with ISO environments
• Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
• Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
