Responsibilities
ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our Southwest Facilities team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you'll oversee operations related to building enclosure, structural systems, due diligence and/or building code compliance. If you have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the drive to grow a department, we want to hear from you.
- Develop, lead, and manage a team of engineers, architects and project managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
- Oversee all operations related to Building Enclosure, Structural Systems, Due Diligence and/or Building & Code Compliance. Projects may involve:
- Building enclosure testing, assessment and commissioning
- Structural forensic investigations and analysis
- Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) and Asset management consulting
- Third-party Code Compliance Inspections and Plan Review
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including proposal preparation, technical report reviews, and departmental P&L performance
- Drive business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading marketing initiatives in this market sector
- Partner with internal recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring the group remains staffed for success
- B.Arch or M.Arch (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university
- 8+ years of experience related to building enclosure consulting and/or structural engineering analysis
- Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.), Structural Engineer (S.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
- Nationwide Facilities Consulting practice made up of more than 180 employees with deep technical expertise and opportunities for collaboration across the country
