Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop strong, consultative relationships to understand both business and technical needs
- Educate customers on capabilities and solution pathways
- Prepare accurate, competitive technical quotes
- Collaborate with customers to define specifications and scope
- Support new business development through high-level technical engagement
- Manage projects from order placement through production
- Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and external vendors
- Support supply chain readiness and execution
- Utilize CAD tools to support product customization
- Ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
- Provide secondary engineering support including sustaining engineering and process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and margin improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical-commercial role
- Background working within a manufacturing or production-driven environment
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
