Job SummaryThe Manager of Asset Integrity and Engineering will have primary responsibility for ONEOK's Integrity Management Program which includes Pipeline Risk Analysis, Facility Risk Analysis, Integrity Management Compliance, Risk Model, and Data Strategy.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Pipeline Risk Analysis and Modeling Capabilities - Risk Analysis, Risk Model, Continual Assessment Plan (CAP), Preventative and Mitigative Measures (P&MMs), Threat Susceptibility Determinations, Assessment Method/Interval Selection
- Facility Risk Analysis Capabilities - Risk Analysis, AO Review and Analysis, Preventative and Mitigative Measures (P&MMs)
- Integrity Management Compliance Capabilities - audit support, training, IMP plan management, IMP annual reporting
- Asset Integrity Data Strategy Capabilities - data integration, accessibility, visualization for all of Asset Integrity
- Stewardship of the Asset Integrity Engineering Development Program (EDP)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, Metallurgical, and Electrical) or related field and the following experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience related to the operation, maintenance, evaluation and modifications of plant, transmission/transportation, gathering and processing facilities
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Title 49 CFR Parts 190-199 (Pipeline Safety Regulations), Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Standards and Operating Procedures
- Skills in organizational and analytical; and ability to manage large scale projects
- Skills in excellent verbal and written communication
- Skills in computer and ability to utilize typical office word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
- Ability to perform responsibilities in support of the department and the Company goals; perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy; establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department and the Company; maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities
