Global Manufacturing Engineer Manager

Lead finning operations, driving process improvement, LEAN principles, and advanced manufacturing capability across multiple global sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as global SME for finning technology
  , including fin design, materials, forming, and assembly.
• Drive KPI performance, standardization, and continuous improvement across all finning operations.
• Support global rollout of new fin machines (4 installed, 6 upcoming) and lead technology adoption.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Conduct global training, audits, and best-practice deployment.
• Lead process optimization, equipment capability, and digital integration initiatives.

Required Background

• Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
  .
• Strong experience in manufacturing engineering
  , ideally with finned-tube or sheet metal processes.
• Proven leadership with a LEAN mindset and ability to drive global process alignment.
• Ability to lead technology deployment, coach teams, and influence across cultures and sites.
