Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing complex engineering plans, designs, and projects.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
  • Applying principles of hydrology and hydraulics to solve water-related issues.
  • Utilizing software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro

    CAD, Storm

    CAD, Water

    CAD, SSA, and HEC‑RAS for designing and analyzing civil engineering projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Performing floodplain management tasks and taking appropriate measures to mitigate flood risks.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water resources.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) certification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro

    CAD, SSA, and HEC‑RAS.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
