Marine - 7 Benoi Road, SG

• Finite Element Analysis and Vibration
• Able to work independently utilizing ANSYS to carry out accurate modeling and analysis of vessel structures
• Global Analysis of ship structure
• Hydrodynamic loading
• Refine model and provide suggestions on how to optimize the design for weight savings
• Structural Design and Modelling
• Have a good fundamental knowledge of structural design and calculations in order to streamline design
• Conceptualize ship and deck structure drawings and carry out calculations
• Able to do 3D modeling in Aveva Marine software

• Minimum Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University, or equivalent
• Be part of a team of engineers to carry out structural design and calculations
• Technical experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Vibration studies and analysis, and able to do modeling and run simulations of the same
• Strong knowledge of international design codes, Classification and Statutory Rules and Regulations
• High proficiency in 3D modeling skills using 3D CAD software will be an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant experience
