• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement complex engineering plans, designs, and projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations.
• Apply principles of hydrology and hydraulics to solve water‑related issues.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro

  CAD, Water
  
  CAD, SSA, and HEC‑RAS for designing and analyzing civil engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Perform floodplain management tasks and mitigate flood risks.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on water resources.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro
  
  CAD, Storm
  
  CAD, Water
  
  CAD, SSA, and HEC‑RAS.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
