Reports to: COO
Located in: Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, mentor and supervise controls engineers.
  • Work strategically with key suppliers.
  • Sponsor and support product development.
  • Ensure projects are executed accurately, complete and timely.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams to provide superior products and experiences for the customer.
  • Provide detailed, timely project status reports.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements in the industry to aid in recognizing product development/revenue opportunities.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as required.
  • Model and champion the MIRATECH Mindset in ways that center team culture on these values.
  • Abide by and promote MIRATECH's EHS policies.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical, Controls or Systems Engineering or equivalent technologist diploma.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with a strong background in controls and systems integration.
  • Knowledge of NEC and IEC codes as well as hazardous area classifications.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD design software and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proven overall dependability, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ethical behavior.
  • Willing to continuously and proactively collaborate, share, and seek guidance through open dialogue.
  • Excellent communication skills including interpreting and communicating technical information.
  • Time management skills including multi-tasking competing priorities as needed.
  • Ability to generate alternative solutions.
  • Ability to develop new leaders.
  • Proficient in problem solving and troubleshooting.
Working Conditions
  • May be exposed to confidential information.
  • Frequently required to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Travel may be required from time to time to support site commissioning and troubleshooting.
