As Director of Engineering, you will build the engineering organization, oversee project design, optimize design strategies, and ensure the delivery of high‑performance, scalable, and cost‑effective solutions in power delivery construction.

• Participate in the development of the strategic business development plan and yearly business strategy.
• Develop and implement engineering best practices and standard processes in accordance with industry standards and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, estimating, procurement, and business development teams to align engineering efforts with strategic business goals.
• Provide estimates of the activities, schedule, and resources required to complete a project.
• Provide technical advice, risk assessment, and problem resolution within the area of functional responsibility.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operational activities of the department.
• Actively participate in trade and technical associations.
• Ensure successful execution of all projects.

• BS in Engineering or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of transmission, distribution, substations, and power systems.
• 12+ years of engineering design experience with at least 8 years in power delivery.
• Ability to balance technical excellence, cost efficiency, and project deadlines.
• Experience working with utilities in power delivery.
• Exposure to the renewable energy market is preferred.
• PE preferred.
