Job SummaryResponsible for the design, administration, integration, and continuous improvement of the Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role supports the development of scalable PLM solutions to align engineering and enterprise business processes and includes advanced configuration, system optimization, and cross‑platform integration.
Essential Responsibilities/Activities- Serve as the lead engineer for Teamcenter PLM system design and administration.
- Configure and maintain BMIDE, workflows, release statuses, change management processes, and system templates.
- Design, test, and deploy integration with CAD platforms (e.g., NX, Solid Edge, Inventor) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Administer system licenses, access roles, permissions, and organizational structures.
- Perform system upgrades, patch deployments, data migrations, and environment refreshes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and technical procedures for PLM users.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, IT, manufacturing, and quality to identify PLM system improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support and maintain custom solutions using ITK, C++, Java, batch scripting, and SQL.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and lead development of supporting tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide Tier 2/3 support.
- Assist in planning long‑term architecture and scaling strategies for the PLM environment.
- Design and deliver virtual and in‑person user training, including documentation and multimedia content.
- Travel, when necessary, for system implementation, user training, vendor coordination, or support at other company locations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent industry experience may be considered. Licenses:

Certifications:
None. Siemens PLM Training Certificates (preferred).
