. This full‑time role involves leading design and development of residential projects such as subdivisions and multi‑family developments. Compensation is $150,000/yr.

• Lead design and development of residential projects such as subdivisions and multi‑family developments.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts.
• Oversee project phases from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Produce accurate plans using Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to ensure constructability and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet project goals.
• Provide practical engineering solutions aligned with client expectations.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in residential development.
• At least 5 years residential design experience; leadership skills;
  Civil 3D experience; team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering required;
  Master’s preferred;
  Oklahoma PE license (or eligible by comity).
