* Key Responsibilities:

** Lunar Lander Integration & Structural Assembly |
** Oversee integration and structural assembly manufacturing operations for the Lunar Lander vehicle. Take ownership of the product lifecycle—from early development through delivery—ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with program goals. This role demands a hands-on manager who excels at fostering team growth, mentorship, and operational excellence. You will lead day-to-day production, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with integrated product teams to deliver launch-ready hardware for lunar missions.

* Minimum Qualifications:

** 8+ years of manufacturing experience (or, for ops-focused roles: 5+ years individual contributor plus 1+ years people leadership).

Experience with design for manufacturability/integration, configuration management, and risk management processes.

Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) or transition to production. Proven ability to build effective, trust-based relationships that drive team and business success. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Familiarity with quality and safety standards (AS9100, ISO 9001). Physical ability to lift 50lbs and work at heights/confined spaces; flexibility to work required shifts and extended hours.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** PMP certification and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience. Manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace/high-reliability industries, human-rated vehicles, or hazardous operations.

Experience with BOM management, digital work instructions, and regulatory requirements (NASA, AS9100/ISO 9001). Experience supporting IPTs and Interface Control Models (ICMs).

Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including:
Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
* Required for certain Job Profiles:
Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
