** to support our service during busy periods, team leave, and programming needs. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety, flexibility, and being part of a supportive early learning community.

As a Casual Educator, you’ll work alongside a welcoming team to deliver engaging learning experiences while maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.### About the Role In this role, you will:
* Support daily routines and learning experiences across all age groups
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Follow centre policies, procedures, and the National Quality Framework
* Work flexibly across shifts based on centre needs### What You’ll Need
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
* Current QLD Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* A flexible and reliable approach to work
