- Minimum Qualifications:
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Must be in good academic standing and have no disciplinary actions on record.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Genuine interest in helping other students succeed academically, socially, and personally.
- Ability to balance academic responsibilities with the time commitment required for mentoring.
- Familiarity with college resources, services, and programs available to students.
- High level of professionalism, including punctuality, responsibility, and ethical behavior.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or potential; experience in student organizations, volunteer work, or other leadership roles considered a plus.
