The Coordinator of Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) will support the planning, continuous improvement, and implementation of MTSS. The coordinator is tasked with training, consulting, and supporting administrators and school-based leadership teams to facilitate implementation of MTSS, to support schools in the development of positive school climate and classroom management.

• Master’s degree

• Three (3) years’ experience in school counseling or related field
• Three (3) years’ experience working in or with an urban education system with a focus on climate and culture and behavioral supports strongly preferred
• Familiarity with TPS supported strategies
• Classroom teaching or school-based management experience highly preferred

• Knowledge of MTSS model and implementation of an MTSS model in school settings
• Knowledge of best practices in school culture and climate supports
• Administrative certificate is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
