• Master's degree engineering.
• Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering experience.
• Drafting Experience in Solid Works and CATIA.
• Experience in developing, facilitating, and assessing learning experiences.
• Proven success in navigating various teaching modalities, including face-to-face, hybrid, and fully asynchronous online formats.
• Practical experience in the application of Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Quality Control, and Drafting concepts in real-world scenarios with the ability to draw connections between academic knowledge and real-world applications.
• Commitment to innovative teaching methods, including incorporating cutting edge education technologies and tools, with a focus on experiential learning and the integration of real-world examples.
