Schedule: Part‑time – 15 to 20 hours per week, on‑site.
Salary: Targeted $13.00 per hour.
Benefits: None.

Employment Period: Spring semester only; may be continued to Summer or Fall semester pending evaluation.
Responsibilities- Lead tours for prospective students and their families of the OU–Tulsa campus, including areas dedicated to the OU Polytechnic Institute.
- Assist with the coordination, logistics, and execution of on‑campus and off‑campus outreach and recruitment events.
- Assist student services staff with various duties: preparing correspondence; greeting and assisting students, faculty, and visitors; answering phones; filing; updating contact databases; data entry; making copies; and other general office support.

Education:
Must be currently enrolled in the Spring Term 2026 at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status. - Must attach Spring 2026 class schedule.
- Major: Must be a major in the Gallogly College of Engineering, including academic majors in the OU Polytechnic Institute.

Physical Requirements:
- Standard office environment.
- Frequent standing and walking, including walking up and down stairs.
- Lifting 10–15 pounds for accessing and using recruitment materials.
Department Preferences:
- Not graduating in May 2026.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
