We are seeking a passionate Medical Director for Palliative Care to spearhead the development of a new program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient care!
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and Nurse Practitioners to deliver direct inpatient care
- Lead the establishment and growth of the new palliative care program
- Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients per day
- Must be fellowship trained in Palliative Care
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for improving patient outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
