We are seeking a Permanent Physician Primary Care (Senior-Focused) in Oklahoma.

Older adult patients (senior-focused)
Setting:
Value-based outpatient clinic
Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans

• Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD)

• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours

• Provide supervision to advanced practice providers as needed

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CMS, and other regulatory bodies

• Deliver 5-star patient service aligned with the mission of better health for seniors
  Required Procedures:
  General primary care procedures for older adults
  EMR System:
  Proficiency required (system unspecified)
  Support Staff:
  Multidisciplinary care team; advanced practice providers
  Days Per Month:
  Full-time
  On-Call/Weekends:
  Primarily outpatient with standard hours; minimal on-call

Submission Requirements:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school

• Active Oklahoma medical license

• 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience

• ACLS/BLS certification

• EMR proficiency

• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs and assist patients as needed
