About the RoleWe are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our Business Development team in showcasing the performance, expertise, and thought leadership of our organization and investigators. This role is key to developing and executing marketing strategies in line with Business Development and overall company goals, driving brand visibility, developing compelling content, and ensuring our success stories and clinical trial capabilities reach the right audience.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Content & Storytelling
- Design engaging visual-first content (graphics + light copy) for socials, scheduled posts, and conference/event-driven content.
- Collaborate on thought leadership pieces by designing layouts, graphics, and visual elements that enhance readability and impact.
- Adapt and repurpose designs across platforms, including Linked In, website pages, presentations, and BD materials.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure new visual assets are shared clearly with the Business Development team for consistent use.
- Translate KPI and performance metrics into clean, intuitive data visualizations, charts, and case‑study layouts.
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Create high‑quality visual assets, infographics, and marketing collateral to support BD efforts.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency while bringing a fresh, modern visual perspective to each piece.
- Apply strong layout, typography, color, and hierarchy principles to every deliverable.
- Website & Marketing Support
- Ensure key success stories and thought leadership content are effectively repackaged and distributed via our website.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight site performance and investigator expertise.
- Brand Presence & Market Awareness
- Support brand awareness initiatives through visually cohesive campaigns tied to conferences, milestones, and trial success stories.
- Contribute to audience‑targeted organic and paid content strategies with design that captures attention and communicates clearly.
- Stay aware of design, branding, and industry trends to inform creative direction and execution.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, visual marketing, or creative content development.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
- Healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research experience highly desired.
- Ability to translate data into compelling narratives through charts, infographics, and case studies.
- Experience supporting Linked In or digital marketing campaigns through design.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
