JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of our customer lounge.
The Part-Time Receptionist position at Jim Glover Chevrolet in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a valuable role within our company. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Schedule- This position features a rotating schedule, alternating workdays with another part-time receptionist.
- Evening shifts are available Monday through Saturday, from 2:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Morning shifts are scheduled on Mondays and Saturdays, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- $13.00/hour
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities- Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain a clean and organized customer lounge by tidying up and restocking supplies as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
