• Resolve insurance claims with accuracy, care, and a friendly approach
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and professionalism
• Explain claims processes and coverage clearly and confidently
• Manage documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
• Collaborate with a supportive team that values your voice

• 2+ years of experience in insurance claims, subrogation, or collections.
  Spanish bilingual highly sought after
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Strong computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, Monday–Friday
