• Partner with clients and external organizations to streamline collections and resolve customer issues.

• Deliver exceptional customer service—addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Clearly explain claims processes and coverage options.
• Gather and manage documentation, always maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

• 1+ year of recent experience in insurance claims, collections, or administrative roles.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Available to work onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
