Customer Service Representative

About the Position:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to our Collision Team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet Customers as they arrive in the Collision Center

* Schedule vehicle estimate and repair appointments

* Keep records of all communication with customers and insurance partners.

* Perform reception and telephone responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

* Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills

* Team player

* Eagerness to improve

* Ability to undergo a background check and drug screen

Skills/Abilities:

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
