Do you thrive in a dynamic, children-focused environment? Tulsa City-County Library is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistant.

Location: 4607 S. Madison Place, Tulsa, 74105
Salary: $14.42 an hour
Status: Part-Time, 20 hours a week

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

• Provide top‑nort customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist with library materials: check in/out, renewals, sorting, and shelving.
• Help customers use self‑checkout machines and digital tools.
• Issue and update library cards.
• Maintain neat and organized service areas.
• Support programming and technology help as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology and a willingness to learn more.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A team player who’s adaptable and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
