Service Advisor

Nelson Mazda invites you to join our team as a Service Advisor. The position is salaried with a starting pay of $48,000.00 per year and increases to $60,000.00 per year after 60 days. The annual base range for this role is $60,000.00 per year.

• Provide a great customer experience.
• Build long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Greet customers, schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information.
• Communicate with customers regarding their needs.
• Refer the technician to the customer and/or test‑drive the vehicle to confirm sources of service repairs.
• Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Periodically check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing, contact the customer when technicians discover additional problems, get customer approval for additional work, and explain the work performed and the charges.
