Performs a wide variety of critical and essential communication services for Campus Police and Security Services, to include receiving emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance and determining the appropriate action in response to those calls.

• High school graduate or General Educational Development (GED) certificate

• One (1) year front-facing customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
