Base pay: $55.00/hr – $60.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Build working relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor representatives
• Creates accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents
• Leads and participates in safety training and subcontractor development
• Represents company in a positive and professional manner with the customer and subcontractors
• Creates and facilitates safety training and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules
• Participates in safety organizations outside the company and in assigned region
• Ensures compliance with the company’s current safety manual, policies, and expectations
• Develops and maintains the site Safety Execution Plan (SEP) and facilitates annual reviews
• Engages in cross-site activities including cross audit opportunities with regional or area managers

• OSHA 30 required, or equivalent
• NCCER Safety
• CHST preferred
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in safety and health processes
• Industrial, Manufacturing and Construction experience preferred
