are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement construction projects within the set budget, timeline, and scope, while monitoring progress and presenting updates to management, clients and project teams.

• Provide management oversight for all phases of construction projects, coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are enforced and followed.
• Create and administer subcontractor contracts and aid in obtaining all necessary licenses and permits.
• Prepare change orders and adjust project scope as needed.
• Track and control the project schedule and associated costs.
• Report project issues and conflicts to owners and architects.
• Manage day‑to‑day project operations in a supervisory role.
• Interact daily with clients to manage expectations.
• Forecast revenue, profitability and project cost with accuracy.
• Generate weekly budget reports for upper management review.
• Administer and assist in the submittal review process between subcontractors/suppliers and the design team.

• High School diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (degree may be substituted with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Good computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software.
