Kinley Ames is seeking qualified Childcare Teacher's with a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience, passion, and knowledge of early childhood education to help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote children’s cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Develop and execute lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of children.
- Create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and engaged in their learning.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Lead and mentor assistant teachers or aides to support classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements.
- Foster social, emotional, and intellectual growth through hands-on, interactive activities.
- Document daily activities, lesson plans, and children’s progress for reporting and parent communication.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential is required.
- Prior experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
- Travel assignments are required.
- Must reside in Oklahoma (any city).
