Job Inputs:- Primary support resource for development and administration of the Holman Partner Connect System
- Maintain Holman Partner Connect adoption level and support system table updates
- Daily review and maintenance of supplier activities in Holman Partner Connect Functions as SME in all facets of the Holman Partner Connect system
- Directs and hosts Holman Partner Connect training requests
- Works directly with IT team in identifying and resolving defects and enhancements in Holman Partner Connect
- Works directly with database team to develop customized reporting
- Perform systems testing as required
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Business Objects application
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Work Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Holman Fleet & Mobility or call center
- Understanding of automotive repair industry processes
- Experience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendors
- Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Intellifleet and Holman Partner Connect systems
- Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
- Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
- Demonstrates an understanding of Holman Fleet & Mobility business strategy
- Strong organization, analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
- Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager
- Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness in work
- Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
- Adjusts quickly to new or changing assignments, processes and people
- Displays professionalism and remains composed when faced with challenges
