Partner Connect Administrator

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

• Primary support resource for development and administration of the Holman Partner Connect System
• Maintain Holman Partner Connect adoption level and support system table updates
• Daily review and maintenance of supplier activities in Holman Partner Connect Functions  as SME in all facets of the Holman Partner Connect system
• Directs and hosts Holman Partner Connect training requests
• Works directly with IT team in identifying and resolving defects and enhancements in Holman Partner Connect
• Works directly with database team to develop customized reporting
• Perform systems testing as required
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of Business Objects application
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

• 1-2 years’ experience in Holman Fleet & Mobility or call center
• Understanding of automotive repair industry processes
• Experience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendors
• Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Intellifleet and Holman Partner Connect systems
• Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
• Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
