Project Analyst

Centi Mark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations and over 3,500 employees. We have an exceptional opportunity for a Project Analyst in Tulsa, OK with our Data Con Division!

The salary for this role starts at $75k, plus premier benefits.

The Project Analyst is an internal position, being responsible for the financial understanding and management of multiple ongoing projects. This position will engage primarily with the operations team to identify efficiencies and potential costing issues.

• Attend Project Meetings
• Performing Cost Analysis
• Excellent Time management and Organization Skills
• Collaborate With Management Team Weekly on All Projects
• Monitor project spend and assist in staying on budget
• Provide additional support to the Branch/Operations Manager as directed

• 5+ years coordinating large scale construction projects is highly preferred
• Roofing related experience helpful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Formal education in business/computer science
• Ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and project flow
• Prior experience as a project analyst or certifications in the field is a plus
