Filtrex is hiring a full-time Operations Analyst to support our Filtrex Parts division. The role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a company that is expanding rapidly. This is an entry-level Operations Analyst position with training provided and opportunities for career growth.
You will play a key role in procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, market research, and operational reporting, while working closely with internal teams and external partners. This position works in direct support of the Filtrex Parts Manager.
We are actively hiring with same-day or next-day interviews and are looking for someone who can start within two weeks.
Compensation & ScheduleFull-time 8:00AM - 5:00PM | $21.00 per hour
Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays)

Key Responsibilities- Manage ordering, purchasing, and vendor coordination
- Maintain and optimize inventory levels across Parts and Service divisions
- Track shipments, pricing, and product availability
- Conduct market research and pricing analysis to support procurement strategy
- Negotiate with vendors and evaluate supplier performance
- Generate operational and purchasing reports
- Support internal teams with parts availability, logistics, and planning
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce costs
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with Excel and multiple systems
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset
- Reliable, professional, and proactive
- Preferred:
- Experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, operations, or supply chain
- Market research or reporting experience
