Job Overview

The Regional Operations Planning Analyst focuses on operational workforce planning and plays a critical role in translating business requirements into actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting. This role works independently to analyze data, influence stakeholders, and apply both technical expertise and strategic thinking to support informed decision‑making and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Do
  • Use predictive analytics and data visualization tools to translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Partner with the Regional Director, Operations Planning, stakeholders, and facility leaders to gather requirements, analyze business challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develop ad hoc analyses and reports to support management decision-making.
  • Leverage Excel and PowerPoint to clearly present findings and recommendations that enable informed leadership decisions.
  • Work independently to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Influence stakeholders by communicating complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously strengthen analytical capabilities.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.
Skills You Will Need
  • Operational Workforce Planning Expertise: Understanding of operational staff planning concepts and methodologies, with the ability to align workforce strategies to business needs and performance objectives.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Predictive Modeling: Strong experience conducting in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and risks, and applying predictive analytics to drive actionable insights and operational improvements.
  • Data Visualization & Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python to support reporting and insight generation.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to apply technical expertise with a strategic mindset to influence workforce planning decisions and support long‑term operational effectiveness.
  • Problem‑Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into practical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to leadership and cross‑functional partners.

    Collaboration:

    Proven ability to partner effectively with regional leadership, stakeholders, and facility teams to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Project & Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality results.
Who You Are
  • Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 2‑plus years of related experience with an emphasis in data analytics, data science, statistics, finance or related disciplines.
