Purchasing Coordinator

The Purchasing Coordinator plays a key role in managing the full procure-to-pay lifecycle to support materials and services for operational and capital needs. This position ensures the accurate flow of inventory and supports cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, project teams, and finance departments.

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will:

• Generate and track requisitions and receipts using ERP systems
• Support sourcing and supplier contracting activities
• Expedite purchase orders to align with project timelines
• Monitor supplier performance and inventory levels
• Investigate and resolve purchase order invoice discrepancies
• Coordinate regularly with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely material delivery

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-4 years of related experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain
• Experience in oil and gas industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Power Apps
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
