Talent Specialist | Recruiter at LHH Recruitment SolutionsThe ideal candidate is a motivated and organized individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and negotiate contracts. This is a full time, onsite, business-to-business inside sales opportunity.
Responsibilities- Follow up on leads & inquiries while delivering innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies and contribute to process improvements
- Conduct business-to-business sales over the phone, engaging with clients in a professional and effective manner
- 2+ years of recent business-to-business sales experience (Inside Sales/Phone)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office required
- Experience using a CRM Software (Salesforce or similar program) preferred

- Base pay + bonus/commission opportunities
