Strategic Client Success Manager

Synectics Solutions is experiencing strong growth and we’re seeking an accomplished Strategic Client Success Manager to deepen partnerships with our high-value clients. In this role, you’ll help clients optimise their fraud prevention strategies while enabling them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Drive client retention and recurring revenue through data-driven insights.
• Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, translating needs into solutions.
• Build long-term adoption of Synectics products by scoping future opportunities.
• Lead workshops and strategic sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Develop account plans that deliver short-, medium-, and long-term value.
• Understand client sectors and the current and future fraud challenges to shape key initiatives.
