• Update of bank signatories;
• Manage, track and archive correspondences
• Administrative support by helping teams correct contracts (as e.g check KYC information of the partner on the contract );
• Make the company’s legal documents available to the Team
• Ensure the monitoring and execution of administrative and legal formalities of Contracts
• Draft and manage the letters
• Monitor legals tasks
• Ensure legal due diligence like submitting Minutes or other documents for registration to obtain updates licenses such RC
