• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field;
  Master's preferred
• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with government and large organizations
• Proven track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes
• Experience with smart city technologies, public safety, or government solutions
• Strong network within East Coast government and institutional markets
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Territory includes: NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, ME, VT, NH, RI, MD, DE, DC, VA, WV

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for East Coast territory
• Build relationships with state and local government officials, police departments, and municipal leaders
• Manage complex procurement processes and government contract negotiations
• Coordinate with federal partners and national account teams
• Lead regional trade show participation and industry event representation
• Manage and mentor junior sales staff within region
