Automotive Lube Technician

Overview

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to start or advance your career in the automotive industry? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service center. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles and grow your technical skills!

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin).
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to check fluid levels, tire pressure/tread, belts, hoses, and lights.
• Complete minor repairs such as tire rotations, battery testing, and windshield wiper replacements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service bay.
• Document all services performed accurately.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle condition and recommended services.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior experience as a Lube Technician or in a related automotive role is preferred, but motivated beginners are encouraged to apply.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
